How do I get access to my digital membership card?
Once a membership is purchased, an email will be sent to the email on file within 48 hours including a link to download PassPlay and a link to sign directly into your membership account. The email will have the subject line “Connect Your Membership from The Children's Museum of Wilmington with the PassPlay App” and will look like this:











What can I see with the app?
You will have a digital membership card that includes your membership type and expiration date. Additionally, you’ll have access to see direct details about your membership package and a list of benefits included with your membership.

Do I have to add the card to my Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Adding the card is not necessary but it is an added bonus for anyone who wants easy access to their direct membership details.

Once I have my digital membership card, how do I check-in?
Our front desk staff can scan the barcode from your digital membership card to make member check-in quick and easy.

What information do I need to sign into the app?

Members will need their Membership ID Number and either the phone number or email that matches their membership account. 
 

The Membership ID Number is available to members via the invitation link to join the app, in the email from our Membership Team (for memberships bought online), or on the membership information sheet in the Membership Packet (available for certain membership packages).

I logged out of the app and can’t find my ID number to sign back in. What do I do?​
Our Membership Team is happy to help! We can either resend the invitation email, share your ID number to you, or email you a direct link that will log you back into your membership account. Our Membership Team can be reached at membership@playwilmington.org or 910-254-3534 x 108.
